Delivery Information

Delivery Information for Clementi and Igneus Pizza Ovens

Parcel Carrier:
For smaller pizza ovens like the Igneus Minimo, or accessories such as peels or cast iron pan sets, we aim to ship your goods on the first working day after you place your order.

You should receive them the following working day, provided your chosen item is in stock. Please note that deliveries will not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Pallet Delivery:
Larger pizza ovens are delivered by pallet network to your chosen mainland UK destination. Your order will be delivered by a tail lift lorry. If access is flat, the pallet can be wheeled to your desired location. However, if there is gravel, grass, or an uneven surface, the pallet will be left kerbside. Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery, as aborted deliveries are chargeable.

For Igneus Classico or Bambino orders, your local delivery depot will organise delivery, unless a date has been pre-arranged. For Clementi and Igneus Pro orders, we will contact you to arrange a delivery day.

Pallet delivery is an all-day service (08:30-17:30). You should receive a 2-hour time slot from the delivery company via text message or email on the delivery date. Please ensure there is room to store the pallet and access for it to be wheeled to your desired location. If not, it will be left kerbside.

Important:
Upon receiving your delivery, please check all goods and notify us of any issues within 24 hours. If you suspect transit damage, you can sign for your goods as ‘received, not inspected’ to avoid any problems.

Delivery Vehicle:
A 7.5t vehicle (bin lorry sized) is likely to deliver your order. Please inform us of any restricted access issues that could affect the lorry’s ability to reach your property.

Returns & Refunds

At Refined Home Living, we are committed to providing goods in excellent condition. We will repair or replace any item found defective or damaged before or during delivery. If, after receiving the goods, you change your mind and the goods are still in a saleable condition, you have up to 14 days to return them to us.

To initiate a return, please notify us by email at support@refinedhomeliving.co.uk, stating that you will be returning the goods and detailing the reason for the return. Enclose a copy of your delivery note or invoice with the returned goods. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in good condition, and the cost of return shall be at the customer’s own expense.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order soon after placing it and we have already dispatched the goods, you will be liable for any charges incurred as a result of your cancellation. In case of errors with our online pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order. In such instances, a full refund of the goods will be offered.
